    i’ll have to take your word on this recipe being good and easy…
    little tricky to get over here…similar to venison perhaps?

    Venison or wild boar. Some one told me you can get bear to eat over here??? Vancouver! Kangaroo is a fairly gamey kind of meat so use a fairly gamey kinf of meat for this dish – ostorich even!

    Is Emu like Kangaroo? I found a place in the USA that sells Emu, but I can only find Kangaroo jerky.
