Mercurio’s Menu Series Four

Just a heads up for anyone who may be watching TV in NSW/Sydney today – Mercurio’s Menu series four episode one is on at 5.30pm on channel 7.

    Hi Paul.
    How are u going ?
    Congratulations for Mercurio’s Menu Series 4 !!

    I met you at Unilever (both at Epping office in Sydney and at Continental factory in Tatura, Vic) while you were filming the Continental Jelly Stockpot. I was running the trial on the line (in the factory) while you were filming the session. I remember you asked me some questions about the Stockpot products.
    If you need more Jelly Stockpot for your recipes, let me know.

    Paul, Please stop adding chilli to everything. There are plenty of us out here who do not like it. Also, please don’t include more than one recipe containing crustaceans. There are a lot of us who are very allergic to crustaceans to an extent that a small prawn could kill us!

    Hi Paul, I watch your TV cooking sessions religiously, and have been on to the website searching for a particular receipe and I cant locate it anywhere. Could you PLEASE email me a copy of your lamb and rosemary pie ? I really want to make it as it looked soooooo good.
