    Hi Paul.
    How are u going ?
    Congratulations for Mercurio’s Menu Series 4 !!

I met you at Unilever (both at Epping office in Sydney and at Continental factory in Tatura, Vic) while you were filming the Continental Jelly Stockpot. I was running the trial on the line (in the factory) while you were filming the session. I remember you asked me some questions about the Stockpot products.
If you need more Jelly Stockpot for your recipes, let me know.

    Best regards,

Paul, Please stop adding chilli to everything. There are plenty of us out here who do not like it. Also, please don’t include more than one recipe containing crustaceans. There are a lot of us who are very allergic to crustaceans to an extent that a small prawn could kill us!

@liz kitto, LMAO, surely you can’ be serious? How about you just let the dishes be prepared as-is and YOU leave the chilli and prawn out if you want?! TV chefs aren’t expected to pander to the whims of the minority who may have allergies or aversions to certain ingredients. You sound like a very pedantic person and that’s what specialty recipe books are about, not TV cooking shows broadcast to millions! Leave it be.
Paul, saw you for the first time on 4ME and enjoyed the show! Keep up the great work!

  3. Cat Winterfox says:

Pfft. It’s up to chefs to cook what they like, and up to us to not cook what we don’t like.

I mean, imagine my quandary. Paul is a friend of mine, and I hate beer. 🙂

  5. Paul says:

    Hi Paul,
Have just watched your Rotorua NZ show (10/12/11) and was taken by the quest/assistant “cheifs hat”,
Not to be mistaken for the “wear the fox hat”.
can you put me in touch with him or know where to find such a magnificent hat?
ps I sold your father’s guns.
    Kimd regards,
