About time I got back to the Corner

I think it is about time I got back to "The Corner". Things have been real hectic!!!!! I have moved house, got the kids in to schools and started on my lifestyle show. I have hardly had time to sit down - in fact I havent really. Almost all the boxes are unpacked and almost all of the mess is cleared away behind piles of neatness. There is much to do, the first is going to pick my kids up from school. So I am off! for now.

Good luck Paul on your new show and house. I agree with your comment on how stressful it is. I remember moving from a house and only being in there 4 yrs and all the stuff I had accumulated. Hate to think what it would be like now if I moved being there more than 20 years.

I'm a bit sad today, as the dance school I run is recieving hate mail. Would you believe that? A dance school getting hatemail. Sounds insane, yet its happening to me. No worries, we'll get over it. Check out our website and drop in sometime.

Hey Paul! hows this for hectic/stressful? Today I had to give a urine sample for my doctor and my 5 year old flushed it down their loo---lid on, full sample, couldnt believe it as I watched it swirl and disappear!!!!! I can laugh now but....I thought I would just die. Think I will suggest bigger specimin containers....lol. Please save a few minutes for us---miss hearing your thoughts. Paul, have you followed this year's American Academy Awards race? If so, what do you think about Moulin Rouge and it's outcome at our Oscars? Do you think it was unfair that Moulin Rouge didn't win Best Movie, and what about Baz Lurhmann not receiving a Best Director nod, and how about Nicole Kidman's run for Best Actress. We'd love to know your feelings since you worked so closely with Lurhmann in the beginning of his career. Myself, I think Moulin Rouge was robbed. I saw MR and A Beautiful Mind, and feel Moulin Rouge was inventive, artistic, and addressed all the emotions that makes me want to buy a ticket to the movies. After 911 the world needed a lift, a laugh, a smile, and "above all else, love." And MR fit the bill. BTW, I've already ordered Strictly Ballroom on DVD ... and while it may be behind you, it still gives me and my friends lots of pleasure. Hope you're receiving residuals. See you at the movies!
