Remind me to talk to
Remind me to talk to you about moments and nothing. Note: comments on old entries are closed. Please comment only on the current entry. Comments Just a quick reminder to you to please chat about moments and nothing... we're curious. We thoroughly enjoy your work! Wishing you all the best of luck in life always, Paul I am so glad to have to chance to tell you how much I enjoy your work, especially your dancing. I have two daughters, two and four and I introduced them to Strictly Ballroom the other day and afterwards I put the CD in the stereo and we danced and danced. It is one of my all time favorite movies on so many levels and it makes me want to dance which makes me feel free and like I can really embrace life even when the going gets tough. My grandmother who passed away when I was seven was a ballroom dancer and she won many plaques and awards and I still have them as my most precious reminder of her love for life and for dance. I recently separated from my husband and I decided to go down the street in my small town here in Connecticut and take a ballroom dance class. It may sound silly but that movie has really shown me things and expressed things I feel inside, like how Fran felt, held back and boxed in by her life and how she was freed by "the dance". It's funny how something like a movie can touch one and effect one so deeply. Thank you for your inspiration. I look forwrd to your future work. Now I often tell my girls that a life lived in fear is a life half lived, and I remind myself of that and it helps me through some pretty dark moments. The light is shining through though and I just wanted to thank you. You are fantastic. Good will to you and your loved ones.
