Recipes
I have posted all the recipes I came up with and cooked on my food based TV series The Food Trail. The show is a journey man show with me - host - going on a journey around Victoria looking at all the wonderful produce we have in this great State. I meet and talk with the producers, learn about the produce and then gather it up and take it to a kitchen of a reknowned Victorian chef and together we cook and eat!! I cook the wannabe untrained chef type dishes that I am famous for - well in my own mind and kitchen, and the chefs cook dishes that they ARE famous for. Hopefully the show will be on Channel 7 sometime in October and will run for 6 episodes. The dream is that everyone loves it and we are commisiioned to make another 26 episode - or maybe even 40!!! Anything is possible! Note: comments on old entries are closed. Please comment only on the current entry. Comments Paul, Roaming around Victoria sounds like a great thing to do. I'll look forward to the show. Of course everyone will love it! It would be great if our Food Network picked up your show. I love Kylie Cho (?) - can't remember her last name, but we watch her show regularly. That way we get to see a little of Oz and the dishes she prepares. Sally C. Posted by: Sally C. on September 15, 2005 06:17 PMfrom IP: 207.239.14.37I remember now. Cooking with Kylie Kwong is the name of the show we watch. Sally C. Posted by: Sally C. on September 16, 2005 02:30 AMfrom IP: 207.239.14.37
