Thanks! There are a total of 37 images that should be in the previous post this is just one of them!! It is probably best you dont post here as when we/I/in fact Cat sorts out my problem this thread will be terminated.

By the way the pic is of the list of ingredients.

Sorry, vegetarian here, but I do like your mortar. I couldn't tell all that well by the picture, but is it one that's really bumpy? I know it's good for grinding, but I'm so paranoid of getting tiny pieces of the mortar into the spices- so I've got a small marble one. I would like to get another one, so I do need to pick your brain on this.

PCers, if you've never ground your own spices, I highly recommend it! There is something about freshly ground spices that make food that much better (freshly ground cardamom rates right up there with chocolate if you ask me!)

do you know where i can find pictures of the stictly ballroom premier? =[ I cant find any anywhere, and it wasnt that long ago...

( i understand this has nothing to do with salami, but the guest book is undergoing changes..)

Paul! My husband had a student from Louisianna. She was Cajun and introduced us to REAL Cajun cooking. Ever tried that? She brought us a sausage like meat dish called " boudain" made of pork and rice with spices. Delicious! What do you use to cover the salami. with "boudain" they use intestines...
This is the BEST website for cooking recipes. Hope you can give us your recipes for Sicilian spaghetti and other tomato dishes, too.
Weather is hot here. over 100's finally But I can feel the hint of a cool off in the morning and evening. Can't wait for "sweater weather"!
Couldn't comment on your appearance in court, Paul. We had a tragedy in December involving my sister's exboyfriend - and don't know what will happen with the court case. Too painful to tell.
My sister wants to leave this country now but really life events like that happen everywhere...
you just have to rise above the pain and fear and cope as best you can... and understand that the universe is unfolding according to the plan... as painful as it is...

Suffering REALLY does MEAN something. I KNOW it.
