Merry Xmas

I wish you all a very merry Xmas!

and now I must stop myself from talking about how tough this year has been as I will leave that to my New Years post - but it has been tough hasnt it. Much changed over the year good and bad, some of us have lost loved ones and some have gained some!

My Xmas wish is that we embrace the past and give thanks for what we have right now! In this moment be grateful for the good in our lives, the love we have and love we are able to give. Be thankful and in being thankful feel the joy that that brings and therefore be joyful and spread it around!!

XMAS CHEER TO YOU ALL!

Exactly a year ago on Christmas Eve I was very lonely and alone and unhappy, but looking forward to my sister's visit, she came on the 26th.
This evening I am also alone, but don't feel lonely at all. It's very peaceful and I'm content with what is. {OK, in all fairness, I really would like to be with a certain someone, who is getting grilled by his family about what is different this time with us and why it can actually work ... :) Boy am I glad that I didn't have to do this face to face with my family, but only over phone and email. :D; miss him, but am mostly looking forward to when he is back, happy anticipation is also a nice thing!}

It's been a tough year and comparing these two evenings really shows me how striking the difference is and how far I've come along in making peace with myself and a lot of circumstances. That part is great and I have a lot to be grateful for and I am grateful for so many things!

Merry Christmas to you all!
Love,
Evelyn

Agreed, Paul. We should definitely give thanks for what we have now.

Kelly, I know what you are experiencing. Believe me when I tell you that your dad *is* with you today and always. (((HUG)))

Evelyn, I wish you the best on your continued relationship journey. ;)

To all my friends here at PC, I want to wish you all happy holidays - regardless of what you celebrate.

I am now going off to bed with the kitties... and hopefully shake this flu bug soon.

And to all a good night!
