CAJUN CHICKEN WINGS (HOT)

This is not my recipe - I found it in a magazine years ago, it is certainly one of my favorites!!

12 wings
2 tsp onion powder
3\4 tsp thyme ground
3\4 tsp cummin ground
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp coriander
3\4 tsp mustard powder
1 tbls flour
1 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, into a dry clean and intact plastic shopping bag. Mix by shaking bag. Add wings and shake thoroughly so as all wings are coated well. Cook in oven at 190 deg C for 30 - 35 minutes. Wings can also be cooked on the barbecue grill. Serve with a lusty Greek salad and a well chilled Coopers Pale Ale, you will need it as these wings have one heck of a bite!
